The Badass Credentials
Stacy Bissoon

Hey, I’m Stacy—mom of three, pistol instructor, Taekwondo Black Belt, and the person you call when you want to look like you sleep eight hours a night, drink enough water, and have your life together (even if none of those things are true).
I’ve spent over 20 years in healthcare, a decade as a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and almost as long making sure people walk out of my office looking fresh, confident, and like their exes will regret every decision they’ve ever made. If you live in Sioux Falls, there’s a good chance you’ve seen my work—you just didn’t realize it because that’s how good, I am.
I started my own practice in 2018 because, quite honestly, the aesthetics industry is a money grab. Half the time, clinics are charging people rent money to poke them in the forehead, and the other half, they’re upselling treatments like a used car salesman at the end of the quarter. The Confidence Collective exists to cut through the BS—to give you real options, real results, and real confidence without the “let’s do your whole face and drain your bank account” nonsense.
Look, I’ve been in that treatment chair before, feeling like I accidentally walked into the VIP section of a club I was never cool enough to get into. My first experience? Absolute chaos. No one explained a damn thing, I had no idea what I was actually getting, and I left wondering if I’d made a mistake that would last six months. That is exactly what I don’t do here.
- Here’s what I do offer:
- Advanced injectables – Because the goal is to look well-rested, not wind-tunneled.
- Regenerative aesthetics – AKA using science to trick your skin into being younger.
- Facial balancing – No, filler won’t make you look like a Bratz doll unless you ask for that.
- Peptide therapy & weight loss – Because confidence isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good too (and because crash diets are the devil).
- Zero pressure, zero upsells, zero judgment.
- What I won’t do:
- Tell you that you “need” anything. You don’t need Botox. But do you deserve it? Probably.
- Sell you overpriced skincare that won’t do anything.
- Pretend like getting work done is some big secret. Confidence isn’t about hiding things—it’s about owning it.
When you come to me, you’re getting straight talk and expert results—not a sales pitch. I’m here to make sure you feel badass, confident, and effortlessly put together without anyone being able to clock exactly what’s different.
So, if you’re ready to stop Googling “how to look less tired” and start actually looking less tired, come see me at The Confidence Collective. I’ll be here, syringe in one hand, coffee in the other, making magic happen.
(And no, I will not be demonstrating my Taekwondo moves in heels—again. Learn from my
mistakes.)
