Effective Date: March 09, 2026
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last‑minute changes leave that time unused and prevent other patients from being seen, especially in a small medical aesthetics practice with limited availability.
This policy explains how we handle cancellations, late arrivals, illness, and our credit card on file requirements so expectations are clear and consistent for everyone.
By booking an appointment at The Confidence Collective, you are agreeing to abide by our cancellation/no-show/late arrival policy and understand that violation of the policy (outlined below) will incur the respective fees.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
The following are considered late cancellations:
These situations incur a cancellation fee charged to the card on file:
Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may affect your ability to book future appointments
and can result in dismissal from the practice when necessary to protect access for other
patients.
Because we actively enforce this policy, online cancellation through Jane is disabled. To
cancel or reschedule:
If notice is received after the 24‑hour window, the applicable late‑cancellation fee still applies.
All intake and consent forms are completed online before your visit so we can start on time and
provide a safe, unrushed treatment.
For the safety of our patients, visiting veterans in the building, and our team, please do not
attend your appointment if you are sick or develop new contagious symptoms such as:
If you become ill within 24 hours of your appointment:
Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
At the provider’s discretion, we may:
Convert your visit to a consult‑only or virtual discussion when appropriate, or Reschedule your appointment and determine case‑by‑case whether the
late‑cancellation fee applies.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment and reschedule any patient who arrives ill in order to protect others in the clinic. When no prior notice is given, this may still be considered a late cancellation and subject to the 75 or 100 USD fee.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Cards are stored securely in our PCI‑compliant payment system.
By completing your intake and booking an appointment, you authorize The Confidence Collective to charge the card on file in the following situations:
A cancellation fee if you:
Unpaid patient balances for services, products, or agreed‑upon fees
Your card will not be charged for regular visit fees without your consent at the time of service, except as outlined above for cancellations, no‑shows, or overdue balances.
You may update or change the card on file at any time by contacting the clinic. If you request removal of all cards on file, future appointments may require prepayment or may not be scheduled until your account is in good standing.
We understand that true emergencies happen. Examples include:
Documented emergencies are reviewed case‑by‑case at the provider’s discretion. Our goal is to protect everyone’s health and time—not to punish patients dealing with genuine emergencies.
If you have any questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact us.
Because we are an independently owned and operated medical aesthetics practice, last‑minute cancellations and no‑shows leave appointment time unused and prevent other patients from being seen. A card on file allows us to enforce our policy fairly and consistently without chasing payments.
Your card is only charged if:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, same‑day cancellations, and no‑shows
incur a fee. The fee is $75 for appointments 45 minutes or less, and $100 for appointments over 45 minutes.
Due to the enforcement of our cancellation policy, online cancellations through the Jane online booking system are disabled. You must notify us via phone (voicemail is fine) or text message. Fees still apply if the notice is received late.
All intake forms are completed online before your visit so we can start on time.
No. For the safety of our patients, the veterans in our building, and our small team, please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or have new contagious symptoms (such as fever, significant cough, vomiting/diarrhea, or a new rash). If you become ill within 24 hours of your visit, contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation and determine the best next step. We reserve the right to refuse treatment and reschedule any patient who arrives ill in order to protect others in the
clinic.
Not necessarily. True emergencies and documented illness are reviewed on a
case‑by‑case basis at the provider’s discretion. Our goal is to protect everyone’s health and time, not to punish patients dealing with genuine emergencies.
Yes—if you’re not sure you can make a time, please wait to book until you can commit. This helps prevent no‑shows and keeps appointments open for patients who are ready to be seen.
You can update your card at any time by calling the clinic or updating it through your
online account (when available). If you request removal of all cards on file, future appointments may require prepayment or may not be scheduled until your account is in good standing.
Yes. Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may result in dismissal from the practice or restriction of future booking privileges. This protects access to care for patients who consistently attend their appointments.
At The Confidence Collective, you’ll find my desire to help women manifest their inner beauty on the outside woven into everything I do. There’s often the belief that aesthetics can become a slippery slope of chasing after “the next thing.” However, with my extensive experience training under some of the top aesthetic injectors in the industry, coupled with my study of the psychology of beauty & aging allows me the unique ability to envision the future while ensuring you’re never having to consider more services or treatments than necessary for your goals. You’ll always feel valued, heard, and cared for. Promise🩷
