You know that feeling of scrolling through endless before-and-afters, trying to work up the courage to make that first appointment? That was me, nine years ago. It took months just to figure out that Botox was what I needed and even longer to actually make the call. When I finally walked into that aesthetic provider’s office, my heart was racing with equal parts excitement and nervousness.
But what hit me first wasn’t the medical equipment or the consultation.It was the staff. Every face looked Instagram-perfect, with flawless makeup and that “filtered” look that made me feel like I’d wandered into the wrong place. I felt so far behind, like they were silently judging why I’d even bothered showing up.
As a nurse practitioner with extensive experience in women’s health, I thought I knew how to navigate medical spaces. But this? This was different. No one asked about my goals. No one explained my options. Just a hefty price tag dropped in my lap with all the warmth of a medical bill. In that moment, I realized the aesthetics industry wasn’t just missing the mark. It was actively dimming women’s light instead of helping it shine brighter.
That experience didn’t just dishearten me. It became my catalyst for change.I decided right then that the aesthetics industry needed someone to shake things up, call out the BS, and create something that actually puts women first. (Revolutionary concept, I know.) That’s why today, you’ll never walk into my office and feel intimidated by staff who look airbrushed to perfection. We’re real people, helping real women feel like their best selves not chasing some impossible standard.
Like many great stories, this one isn’t a straight line. It’s about choosing the harder path, breaking stereotypes, and proving that ‘can’t’ isn’t in our vocabulary. As a multiple-business owner, master injector, Taekwondo Black Belt, and certified pistol instructor, I’ve built a career out of collecting skills that make people raise their eyebrows and say ‘wait, you do what?’ And you know what? That’s exactly the energy I bring to The Confidence Collective. Because nothing says ‘watch me’ quite like a woman who can kick your ass, shoot straight, and make you look fresh AF all before lunch.
When I started my independent practice in 2018, I knew two things: I wanted to revolutionize how aesthetics was done, and I wanted to build something that would inspire both my children and women everywhere to dream bigger, reach higher, and own their power unapologetically. Through victories and setbacks, through building and rebuilding, one truth remained constant: there’s always room in this industry for someone who puts patients first.
The Confidence Collective isn’t just another med spa. It’s a revolution in how we approach beauty, confidence, and self-care.

There’s often the belief that aesthetics can become a slippery slope of chasing after “the next thing.” My training includes advanced, master-level work in full-face assessment and treatment planning with some of the top injectors in aesthetics — plus extensive study of the art and science of beauty, proportion, and how our faces actually age. In this practice, we don’t look at one wrinkle and call it a plan. We look at the whole face, so every decision earns its place and nothing extra sneaks in.
